Depression is bad
Lately, work have been intense and I was frustrated with the fact that I am not able to spend time and effort to focus on my dream biz. It was very bad that I could feel depression creeping into my life.. u know like the black stuff in Spiderman 3.. I really do not want it to continue to envelope me further. Hence, I have decided that Saturdays will be the day I will set aside to do the necessary.
So far, two Saturdays have gone by and I have made good progress.

Reminder
Came across this on oprah mag. Words are so meaningful to me at this pt in time cos I have been rather negative lately. Hubby had to give me tat gentle reminder to wake me up. Whooa.
