hallo there.. my dearest blog. Yes, I have not been spending time filling you with all the happenings in my life lately. Yup.. once again, work has taken over your place. What’s new, right?
In fact today, a Sunday – I am working on my IBM (ie real hard work!). Decided to take a 5 min break and here I am facing the post entry template and looking blank. Can’t seem to find anything interesting to write about. Maybe I am missing my mojo today.
Let me see… oh ya! today, Aly attended GUG all by herself. No crying at all. Am so proud of the little one. Even Teacher Khairi and Teacher Lin was equally proud of her as well. She was participative despite being left alone in class. The secret lies in the daddy bringing her to class while the mummy was nowhere to be seen (cos she went to grab some snacks for breaktime). No mummy = no cries, no howling, no more pathetic looking face, no more blackmail. Amazing!!

The daddy bought both daughter and mummy for an excursion last weekend. We visited historical landmark at Fullerton – paid a visit to the mama merlion and baby merlion (haha.. as explained by Aly). It was an exciting day for the little one. I was never that into history – so it was the waffle ice cream at Gelare that made me glee with happiness.

After licking her last spoonful of vanilla bean ice-cream, Aly pestered her dad “Aly nak cuci kaki” (translation – Aly wants to wash feet). Well, it’s another way of saying that she wanted to play in the water; not swim okay. She’s terrified of being thrown into the water.
We decided to then make a trip down to Marina Barrage. We had so much fun there and I get to shop. Yes.. shop.. bought a lanyard for myself, a cushion for my hubby and a Wally toy for Aly. And oh ya.. for the family, I bought a picnic basket so that we can come back again for picnic sessions. Hee. We’ll be back!!

(can you see my feet.. tsk)

I finally got around to doing the Facebook pages for Little Rascals. Yay.. finally.
I have uploaded pictures of apparels, footwear, accessories and of course, my diaper cakes!
NOT an easy task, hokay. Otherwise I would have completed it long time ago.
And after such major accomplishments, I have decided that it needed a good-looking profile picture.
So, I did this. Nice?

Support me okay.
Please be a Little Rascals fan in FaceBook.

Was wondering whether I have passed the stage of co-dependent. I thought I had but guess being human; I can’t let it go completely.
Is it important to me to be accepted in a community?
An incident today made me realise it still hurts to be the special one (err.. or rather another way of saying that I was left out).
And beneath all the smiles and laughter, there is still an ongoing act of hypocrisy.
Sometimes, I wonder how it all started and snowballed into this mess of complexity.
Looks like I really have to learn to let it not affect me; even a tiniest bit.

I love the colors.
Pink and Green.
Reminded of the days I blew bubble gum!

Was a beautiful and sunny day this morning. Scrambled out of bed, took a leisure shower while I let the little one and the daddy sleep a while longer.
Then we caught a kiddo performance at Esplanade.

Father, Son and Ox Visit the Market’ and other stories with Tick, Tack & Tock by ACT3 Theatrics .
Another day out with my little girl.
